01. Data Collection & Intent

Because First Tee Golf is standalone software rather than a cloud service, our data collection is strictly limited to license management:

• License Data: Your name and email address, collected solely during checkout to issue and manage your software license key.
• Zero Telemetry: We do not collect your golf club Member ID, passwords, or the names of your playing partners. That information remains exclusively on your device.

02. Local Storage & Security

Your security is our top priority. Your golf club passwords and automated booking schedules are stored securely in a local SQLite database directly on your computer's hard drive. When the software runs, it communicates directly from your personal residential IP address to your golf club's portal. First Tee Golf employees and servers have absolute zero visibility into your credentials.

03. Third-Party Processing

We rely on world-class infrastructure to handle software licensing securely:

• Stripe: All license payments and renewals are handled strictly by Stripe. First Tee Golf does not see, capture, or store your credit card information.
• License API: The desktop app makes a lightweight, secure ping to our activation server solely to verify that your license key is valid and active.

04. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain total physical control over your data. To permanently purge all your booking preferences, credentials, and playing groups, simply uninstall the First Tee Golf application and delete its associated local AppData folder from your machine. If you also wish to have your email and license key record removed from our billing database, please submit a request to our support team.
